Every month, we spotlight someone from the LERETA roster. This month, get to know Leticia “Tish” Biandino, our Task Team & At Risk Supervisor.

What do you do in your role with LERETA?

I oversee the Task and At-Risk Teams for several lenders. I motivate my teams to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations by ensuring that our homeowners’ concerns are addressed in a timely manner. We address seriously delinquent properties thus protecting our lenders’ interests from property losses and foreclosures.

How long have you worked with LERETA?

I have worked with LERETA for 25 years.

What is your favorite thing about your job or working at LERETA in general?

My entire Task Team Department is an amazing group of people. We are truly a perfectly fitting puzzle. We work very well together and get the job done.

Tell us about your family.

My family is huge. I have three sisters and four brothers, and one of my brothers is my twin.

What do you like to do in your free time?

Retail Therapy is one of my favorite pastimes—also known as SHOPPING!

Where did you grow up and/or where do you live now?

I grew up in the San Gabriel Valley, which is about 20 miles east of Los Angeles, in a predominantly Latino area. After my mother’s passing, I moved back into my childhood home in La Puente, CA. I love my neighborhood because it reminds me of my wonderful Mexican culture that my mother instilled in me during my childhood.
