This month, meet Antonette Mora – Senior Flood Account Manager and the person helping ensure LERETA’s flood customers receive consistent, dedicated account support.
What do you do in your role with LERETA?
As a Senior Flood Account Manager, I am responsible for managing flood accounts and maintaining relationships with our flood customers.
How long have you worked with LERETA?
I was given the opportunity to return to LERETA in 2012. Before that, I began working with Nationwide TotalFlood in 2005.
What is your favorite thing about your job or working at LERETA in general?
My favorite part of my job is constantly getting to learn something new about flood. Just when you think you know it all, you discover a new and interesting fact. Flood is a very interesting industry.
Tell us about your family.
I have been happily married to my husband, Jerry, for 21 years. We have two amazing children, a 20-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old son.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy traveling around town and out of town with my family to discover local eateries. Lately, we’ve been trying to discover as many cafes and bakeries as possible.
Where did you grow up and/or where do you live now?
I grew up in Boyle Heights, in the heart of Los Angeles, California. My favorite part of growing up in a big city was just how much there was to explore and the number of different cultures to learn about. I now live in Southern Arizona and enjoy living here too, but I do miss all the variety of great food Los Angeles has to offer.
