Chief Executive Officer
John Walsh is the Chief Executive Officer of LERETA. Under his leadership, LERETA is focused on solidifying its strategic direction to continue to deliver the best results to its customers. Walsh leads an executive leadership team focused on providing the mortgage and insurance industries accuracy, responsiveness and innovative technology.
Walsh has more than 20 years of senior management experience in the financial services industry and more than 10 years leading technology firms. Prior to joining LERETA, Walsh was the President of DataQuick, a nationwide provider of real estate property information, analytics and mortgage settlement services. Previously he was the President of Del Mar Database, a provider of technology solutions to residential lenders. Earlier in his career, Walsh was also President of RF/Spectrum Decision Science Corp and Chairman and CEO of PureCarbon, Inc. Additionally, he has held executive management positions at several mortgage companies and banks earlier in his career.
Walsh holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from California Lutheran College.
James V. Micali
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Micali is the Chief Operating Officer of LERETA. In this role, Jim oversees LERETA’s tax, flood, title and specialty servicing business lines.
Micali has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining LERETA in 2013, Micali held a variety of leadership positions throughout Countrywide and its Balboa Insurance Group subsidiary. He also led the transition team post-Bank of America acquisition. Earlier in his career, Micali provided consulting services for several prominent banks with specialization in process integration.
Micali holds a Master’s of Business Administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
Chief Financial Officer
Tyler Page is the Chief Financial Officer of LERETA. In this role, Page oversees risk management, facilities, corporate compliance, shareholder communications and financial management.
A seasoned finance executive, Page has more than 20 years of experience and has held a series of financial management positions. Page joined LERETA from Monrovia Nursery Company (“Monrovia”), a national retail/wholesale nursery operation where he was the Chief Financial Officer. Earlier in his career, Page was the Manager of Financial Reporting for Vivendi Universal, the French media company that owns Universal Pictures. Page started his professional career with Deloitte as an Audit Manager.
Page holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Arizona and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He serves on several trade professional groups and committees, including Ability First, Arizona Alumni Association, CFO Leadership Council, CA Society of CPAs and AICPA.
Chief Revenue Officer
Jonathan Willen is the Chief Revenue Officer for LERETA. In this role, Willen is responsible for leading all sales efforts for LERETA. Under his leadership, LERETA will continue to deliver innovative and industry changing customer-centric tax and flood services to mortgage originators and servicers across the nation.
With more than 15 years of experience working with top tier national mortgage origination and servicing organizations, Jonathan has built and managed high performing sales teams; and developed creative go-to-market strategies in consultative strategic sales environments.
Prior to joining LERETA, Willen was the Senior Vice President of Sales for First American Mortgage Solutions, driving revenue growth across data, title, servicing and default solutions. Earlier in his career, Willen led data analytics, originations and risk solutions sales teams at CoreLogic.
Willen holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Chico.
Chief Technology Officer
Steve Orgill is the Chief Technology Officer of LERETA. In this role, he leads the product and technology teams responsible for enabling industry-leading reliability and accuracy.
Orgill has more than 20 years of senior technology management experience in the financial and technology services industries. Prior to joining LERETA, Orgill held executive leadership roles with First American Financial, Stewart Information Services, DataQuick, HydrantID, and CoreLogic. Orgill began his career at Zions Bancorporation and was part of the Advanced Technology Research Team creating one of the nation’s first internet banking systems.
Orgill holds a Master’s of Business Administration in Technology Management from Westminster College and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah.
