What do you do in your role with LERETA?
My role is about transforming business goals into practical solutions that create measurable value for customers. I define the product vision, manage and prioritize the product backlog, and ensure clarity before development begins. I work closely with operations to gather requirements and define business value, and I facilitate discussions with development teams to validate and refine user stories.
How long have you worked with LERETA?
I have worked with LERETA for two years.
What is your favorite thing about your job or working at LERETA in general?
I love teaming up with operations and development to tackle tough challenges and create solutions that really work. I take pride in partnering with the development team to lead new initiatives and design tools that enhance efficiency and drive automation. I value working closely with fellow Product Owners to align priorities and ensure successful project outcomes.
What do you like to do in your free time?
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hanging out with my family, curled up with a good book, playing with our dogs, hiking trails, enjoying the outdoors, or knitting something cozy.
Where did you grow up and/or where do you live now? Give a sentence or two on why you liked growing up there or where you live now?
I grew up in West Jordan, Utah, and still call it home. I truly enjoy the diverse outdoor activities that our state has to offer.
