This month, meet Juan Ramirez — Key Client Success Manager and the person making sure every client question gets answered before it becomes a problem.
What do you do in your role with LERETA?
I am the point of contact for LERETA clients ensuring that their inquiries and needs are answered and resolved in a timely manner. My main goal is to continue building great business relationships with our clients.
How long have you worked with LERETA?
I have been working in my current position since March 2015. I previously worked with LERETA from 2001 – 2007.
What is your favorite thing about your job or working at LERETA in general?
I love working with the Client Success Management team. They are a great group of people who are always available to assist any team member. I also enjoy the business relationships that I have built with the various LERETA departments.
Tell us about your family.
I have been married to my wife Mari for eight years. I have five wonderful grown kids, one granddaughter who is nine years old, and a grandson due to arrive the first week of June. I also have three extraordinary stepchildren.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy spending time with family, especially watching my granddaughter play organized sports (soccer, softball, flag football) and seeing her perform at her piano and guitar recitals.
Where did you grow up and/or where do you live now?
I grew up in East Los Angeles, a very tight community where all the neighbors knew each other and looked after each other. I have lived my entire life in Southern California and currently live in Bellflower, CA.
