Every month, we’ll be spotlighting someone from the LERETA roster. This month we’re highlighting Venkata Sai Naga Sandeep Kumar Somisetty, Lead Software Engineer. Get to know Sandeep below!

  1. What is your role with LERETA? As Lead Software Engineer, I get the opportunity to manage development teams and specifically: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, Identify the root cause for problems and propose effective solutions, Build and implement architectural designs and perform code reviews to deliver quality products. I’m also heavily involved in strategic planning in technology adoption and process improvements
  2. How long have you worked with LERETA? I’ve been working with LERETA since 2014.
  3. What is your favorite thing about your job? I always enjoy the learning opportunities at LERETA, like experiencing new tools, frameworks and methodologies. 
  4. Tell us about your family. Me and my wife, Anusha, have one son Ivaan. 
  5. What do you like to do in your free time?  I like to play and watch cricket and spend time with my family and friends. 
  6. Where did you grow up? I grew up in South India and I currently live in North Fontana, California
