In this executive role, Stadler will lead LERETA’s Data & Analytics organization with a mandate to drive enterprise‑wide data transformation, strengthen data governance, and convert trusted data assets into strategic, revenue‑generating products.
Stadler brings more than 25 years of deep mortgage servicing, data engineering, analytics, and operational leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has built and scaled data‑driven platforms inside some of the industry’s largest organizations, including LoanCare, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, and multiple high‑growth fintech and servicing ventures.
Most recently, Stadler served as Divisional President at LoanCare, where he built a data‑first special‑servicing division,
