Walters is a widely respected mortgage industry executive with nearly three decades of experience leading large-scale operational growth, capital markets innovation, and technology-driven modernization efforts at Rocket Companies.
Walters previously served as CEO of Rocket Mortgage and President & COO of Rocket Companies, where he helped build and scale high performance servicing, capital markets, and technology teams. His leadership drove major initiatives, including the launch of Rocket Logic, an AI-driven operational engine, and the dramatic expansion of the TPO division. He also oversaw the growth of Rocket’s servicing portfolio from nothing in 2009 to more than 2.5 million loans representing $700B in MSRs.
