Katie Brewer
Chief Executive Officer
Katie Brewer is the Chief Executive Officer of LERETA. Under her leadership, LERETA is focused on solidifying its strategic direction to continue to deliver the best results to its customers. Brewer leads an executive leadership team focused on providing the mortgage and insurance industries accuracy, responsiveness and innovative technology.
Brewer is an industry veteran with more than 21 years of leadership experience in the mortgage servicing, valuation and title sectors. Most recently, she was President of Selene Finance, and before that the company’s Chief Operating Officer. A national subservicer, Selene’s portfolio more than tripled during Ms. Brewer’s tenure. Prior to Selene, Brewer was Senior Vice President of Real Estate Services at Radian and Chief Operating Officer of Green River Capital. Ms. Brewer previously held leadership positions at Ocwen and GMAC.
James V. Micali
Chief Operating Officer
Jim Micali is the Chief Operating Officer of LERETA. In this role, Jim oversees LERETA’s tax, flood, title and specialty servicing business lines.
Micali has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining LERETA in 2013, Micali held a variety of leadership positions throughout Countrywide and its Balboa Insurance Group subsidiary. He also led the transition team post-Bank of America acquisition. Earlier in his career, Micali provided consulting services for several prominent banks with specialization in process integration.
Micali holds a Master’s of Business Administration from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College.
Rachel Patterson
Chief Financial Officer
Rachel Patterson is the Chief Financial Officer of LERETA. Patterson oversees the company’s overall financial business operations, P&L management, and financial analysis and strategic growth, as well as increasing enterprise value.
Patterson’s experience includes helping companies scale their business through sound financial tactics, delivering explosive growth, and driving effective turnarounds. She is skilled in building and leading high-performance teams in SaaS, HaaS, cloud-based and tech-enabled service environments, and working across functions and departments to achieve revenue goals.
Mitch Bledsoe
Chief Technology Officer
Mitch Bledsoe is the Chief Technology Officer at LERETA. In this role, Bledsoe is responsible for all aspects of LERETA’s technology innovation and design, infrastructure and application management, and data service offerings. Bledsoe has more than 20 years of experience in technology management including leading numerous domestic and international teams through successful large-scale product development efforts, legacy modernizations, and the buildout and maintenance of supporting infrastructures. He brings a cloud-based and architecture-first approach to technology management with an emphasis on his guiding principle that people are the real drivers of innovation.
Before joining LERETA, Bledsoe held software development and technology management positions at numerous companies including Assurant Specialty Property, CoreLogic, Verb Technology, AutoZone and First American Corporation.
Bledsoe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Canterbury University.
Randy Kozlowski
Chief Strategy Officer
A seasoned financial services executive, Kozlowski has more than 30 years of experience in tax service and mortgage servicing. Prior to joining LERETA, Kozlowski spent a majority of his career at CoreLogic where he held a number of senior roles, including Interim Executive in charge of CoreLogic’s tax business. He also led the Client Management team for CoreLogic Mortgage Solutions that was responsible for oversight and support of the company’s top tier mortgage banking clients. He began his mortgage career at M&T Bank’s and Goldome Realty Credit servicing operations.
Kozlowski holds a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Management and Business Administration from The State University of New York at Geneseo.
