Every month, we’ll be spotlighting someone from the LERETA roster. This month, get to know Jessica, our Key Client Success Manager!
1. What is your role with LERETA? As a Client Success Manager, I act as the bridge between LERETA and our clients, ensuring that our relationships remain strong and nurtured, and that our clients’ needs are being anticipated and exceeded. The scope of responsibilities is large but that’s what I love about my role, I get to dabble in just about everything, such as new client implementation, problem solving & client advocacy, data and process analytics, communication, project management, meeting facilitation and collaboration!
2. How long have you worked with LERETA? This will be my 5th year with LERETA, but of my 25 years of mortgage servicing experience, the last 10 were spent working with LERETA while in a Servicing role.
3. What is your favorite thing about working at LERETA? The relationships are the best and having the opportunity to do everything that I love in a single role – no day is ever the same!
4. Tell us about your family. I’m a single parent to my 16 year old son Ethan, and my two rescue pups Henry and Maisy. Most of my family lives in Oregon and Washington but I also have family in Germany, they recently visited for the first time in nearly 40 years. I also have a best friend of 41 years!
5. What do you like to do in your free time? Baseball, baseball and more baseball! For the last 5 years, I’ve volunteered my time and held positions on the boards of my son’s baseball organizations – initially as a Communications Coordinator and I currently serve as the Vice President of his high school board. I love being involved, it takes a village to make sure our children thrive. My son and I also do a lot of camping from May to October, tis’ the season!!!
6. Where did you grow up? I’ve always been in Oregon, always within 20 miles from Portland! Oregon is laid back and beautiful, you can experience just about any landscape within a few hours from home…we’ve got the coast, mountains, rivers, the desert and lush forests. And then there’s our Wine Country!!
