Every month, we’ll be spotlighting someone from the LERETA roster. This month, get to know Blake Montgomery our Enterprise Quality Control Supervisor
- What is your role with LERETA? I help ensure that the work the different departments do is accurate. I look for new opportunities where quality control could and should be established and then facilitate the setup of new quality audits. I monitor for needed adjustments to existing audits and work with leadership from different departments to discuss trends or patterns we are seeing in the audits we complete.
- How long have you worked with LERETA? Overall, I’ve worked at LERETA for 12 years. I started out as a temporary employee for about a year before coming on-board as a full-time employee.
- What is your favorite thing about your job? I really enjoy working with the people at LERETA. I believe it’s the people that make a company who they are and its accomplishments. At LERETA, I have the opportunity to help ensure that one of the biggest investments a person can make, their home, is handled with care as we do our part to provide extraordinary service.
- Tell us about your family. I have a big family. We are all very close and spend lots of time with each other. We have a lot of laughs and good times together.
- What do you like to do in your free time? When I am not working. I enjoy spending time with my family and devoting time as a Bible educator.
- Where did you grow up? For the most part, I grew up in southern California, and I still reside there. What I like about the area is that we’ve always had some pretty good weather and you are never too far from some event. There is plenty to do.
