Every month, we’ll be spotlighting someone from the LERETA roster. This month, get to know Angie, our Enterprise Quality Control Auditor

1. What is your role with LERETA? In my role, I perform quality control reviews of key services, processes, and functions to ensure compliance with LERETA’s requirements and customer service level agreements (SLAs). Through this process, I share improvement opportunities to help elevate the quality of work offered to our clients.

2. How long have you worked with LERETA? I have worked with LERETA for two years since the Info-Pro acquisition, and I worked with Info-Pro for six years prior to the acquisition.

3. What is your favorite thing about working at LERETA? What I value the most is working with my colleagues. We collaborate well and support eachother, which fosters a positive work environment and helps us all grow and succeed together.

4. Tell us about your family. My husband Andy and I have been married for 28 years, and we are proud parents to Connor, our 23-year-old son, and Lauren, our 21-year-old daughter. Connor is an Automotive Technician, currently working on his ASE Master Automotive Technician certification, and Lauren is going to school to become a Sonographer.

5. What do you like to do in your free time? In my free time, I enjoy activities that keep me active and connected to the outdoors. I spend time horseback riding, gardening, traveling, exercising, and taking care of our animals. I also enjoy selling fresh eggs and vegetables from our farm stand; it’s nice to combine my hobbies with sharing them with others.

5. Where did you grow up and where do you live now? I have lived in Wisconsin my entire life and I currently live on a hobby farm in the country. What I love about living in Wisconsin is the beauty of the changing seasons. The fall colors are especially beautiful, and I really enjoy the warm summers. I’ll admit I’m not the biggest fan of the cold temperatures in winter, but it does make me appreciate the other seasons even more.
