This month let us introduce you to Kim Doyel, our Key Client Success Manager. Get to know Kim, below! 

  1. What is your role with LERETA? I support Outsourced and Standard Tax clients by building relationships and understanding their needs to help them get the best out of our services.
  2. How long have you worked with LERETA? I joined LERETA in February of 2021, but worked with them from the Servicing side previously. 
  3. What is your favorite thing about your job? I love working with great people who are focused on their clients’ success. 
  4. Tell us about your family.  I’m married with 2 rescue dogs that are the cutest troublemakers ever (that includes the husband), and part of a large, vibrant family with my most recent grand-niece being born this past May. 
  5. What do you like to do in your free time? I love reading whenever I can – even if there is only time for a few sentences before falling asleep (the Kindle hitting my face a couple of times tells me I’m done)- and I love nature. My dad instilled a love of our national parks and nature is my go-to regenerate
  6. Where did you grow up and where do you live now? I grew up in Sacramento, CA and then lived for about 10 years in Sonoma County, CA, before moving to Oregon.  For nature lovers like myself, the Pacific NW is the most beautiful playground and I’m so happy to have settled here.
