This year our goal was meeting and exceeding client expectations- and reviewing the metrics, it looks like we hit our mark! Our Outsourced Tax clients rated us a perfect 100 on our Net Promoter Score, and we hit 99.82% of our SLAs!

In June we launched a new website that reflects the tech-forward, innovative company we have built over the past 35 years. In November, we debuted the newest version of LERETAnet, giving users a more robust, intuitive and user- friendly easier experience.

 Giving Back

This Summer, we formed the LERETACares committee to give back to our local communities. This year we hosted four events in our local neighborhoods including donations of hygiene kits and food, toy donations and cooking for the homeless. We also published our formal ESG Policy.

Our growth continued in 2021 with the addition of 50 new employees and 219 new clients – including 8 of the industry’s top servicers!
