POMONA, Calif., August, 22 2023 — LERETA, a leading national provider of real estate tax and flood services for mortgage servicers, today announced that Randy Kozlowski has joined the company as its Chief Strategy Officer and a member of its Executive Committee.
In this newly created role, Kozlowski will be responsible for LERETA’s product development, marketing and public relations efforts. He will also play a leading role in the company’s Merger/Acquisition strategy.
Kozlowski brings to LERETA more than 30 years of experience in tax service and mortgage servicing. Most of his career was at CoreLogic where he held a number of senior roles, including Interim Executive in charge of CoreLogic’s tax business. He also led the Client Management team for CoreLogic Mortgage Solutions that was responsible for oversight and support of the company’s top tier mortgage banking clients. Kozlowski began his mortgage career at M&T Bank’s and Goldome Realty Credit servicing operations.
