Pomona, Calif., June 9, 2025 – LERETA today announced that Suzanne Powell has joined the company as Chief Transformation Officer. In this new role, Powell will be responsible for spearheading change and transformation initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and leveraging technology.
A seasoned executive with nearly three decades of experience across financial services, technology and consulting, Powell joins LERETA from Radian where she was Executive Vice President of Mortgage Insurance Operations and Loan Services. At Radian, she was responsible for operational execution and strategy, focusing on underwriting, loss management and customer experience. She also served as Chair of the Radian GenAI Steering Committee. Prior to Radian, Powell held senior roles at Conduent, IBM and Wachovia, where she led global delivery, process redesign, and innovation initiatives within the mortgage, servicing, and IT sectors.
