Every month, we’ll be spotlighting someone from the LERETA roster. This month, get to know Claudia Calderon our Senior Client Relationship Manager

  1. What is your role with LERETA? I am responsible for the implementation and management of client accounts for both new and existing customers. My role involves close collaboration with our Sales, Customer Service, Production, and various other departments to guarantee the delivery of exceptional flood services to our customers.
  2. How long have you worked with LERETA? It’s been 26 yars
  3. What is your favorite thing about your job? I love working with my colleagues; we are like family. Our customers are amazing too! I have had some customers for over 20 years, and we have built strong relationships with them.
  4. Tell us about your family. My husband Santiago and I have been happily married for 25 wonderful years! We are proud parents to four amazing boys, each of whom is a talented musician. They’re all part of the worship band at our church, and it’s such a joy to see them share their musical gifts with our community
  5. What do you like to do in your free time? I’m passionate about baking, and my boys can’t get enough of my delicious banana bread. We also enjoy adventurous hikes and cozy movie nights together.  
  6. Where did you grow up? I grew up in Long Beach, California but have lived in Washington State for over 15 years. While I miss the beaches and sunny weather in California, I find Washington to be breathtaking and wonderfully peaceful.
